Resource Access & Borrowing Privileges

Databases: Preceptors enjoy off-campus access to key databases! Find the complete list in the "Databases" tab of this guide. Login credentials are provided after preceptor training.

Borrowing Materials: Similar to Adjunct Faculty, Preceptors can borrow materials from Muntz Library. Explore our leisure reading collection, DVDs, or the Curriculum Materials Library (CML) for children and young adult books. Login credentials obtained during preceptor training are required for checkout.

Contact: For any access issues, contact your liaison librarian.

Please note: At this time, Preceptor status does not include Interlibrary Loan privileges. However, if you cannot find an article through our databases or journals, contact your librarian for assistance.

APhA's Advanced Preceptor Training Program

The APhA Advanced Preceptor Training Program provides a formal curriculum for preceptors at all practice sites who interact with student pharmacists and residents.

This program delivers peer-developed content with additional knowledge and tools to enhance the educational experience for the preceptor and student pharmacists and /or residents.
