Can't Access Library Resources? Try the Virtual Desktop!
If firewalls or other technical issues prevent you from connecting directly, the virtual desktop offers a solution.
Here's how to access it:
Source of the access issue: Where did you encounter the error (SwoopSearch, Database A-Z list, syllabus link, etc.)?
Error details: Copy and paste the error message or provide a screenshot with the URL.
Previous access: Have you accessed library resources successfully before?
UT Tyler access: Can you access other UT Tyler services like Canvas or your email?
We offer assistance in person, via email, chat, or phone. We can also schedule a Zoom or Teams call for screen sharing to diagnose the issue directly.
