Library-Provided eTextbooks: Welcome

Muntz Library's eTextbook initiative provides students with access to course materials at no cost. Find and select your course prefix to see available eTextbooks.

Publishers dictate the number of users per eTextbook. Consider the following:

  • Downloaded chapters = pdf copies you keep

  • Daily maximum page limit

  • Download then exit to free it up for others.

  • Revisit daily to download desired chapters

  • Downloaded whole book = checkout

  • Requires free third-party software

  • Returns automatically at end of checkout period

Information For Faculty

  • Faculty can recommend textbooks for purchase using the linked form: eTextbook Request Form (student requests will not be considered).

  • Consider Open Educational Resources (OER) for free course materials! Explore our OER guide or contact your librarian.
