Melissa Watson serves as an academic librarian with a focus on providing research support to both faculty and students. She is particularly interested in integrating effective teaching strategies into the learning process to enhance student engagement and academic success. Melissa is also an advocate for continuous school improvement and is actively involved in initiatives that promote educational growth and innovation.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her beloved pets—especially her rescue cat, Spot—along with two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She also loves watching movies, reading, traveling, and expressing her creativity through crafting.
