Sciwheel is a citation manager that allows you to import and store citations which can then be shared with others. You can also create bibliographies.

An online service that allows you to import and store citations which can then be shared with others. Zotero can also be used to create bibliographies from these stored citations. You can access Zotero as a web browser extension or download software for your personal computer.
Mendeley
An online service that allows you to import and store citations which can then be shared with others. Mendeley can also be used to create bibliographies from these stored citations. Mendeley has a web version but works best as a desktop client with built in pdf management.
