EBSCO host Databases: Searching EBSCO Databases

The purpose of this guide is to explain how the EBSCO interface works and effect ways to search EBSCO Discovery and databases

Search Options

In EBSCO there are 2 search options, Basic and Advanced Search:

Basic Search: The basic search allows you to quickly search using operators, limiters, and expanders.

Advanced Search: Advanced Search allows a more complex search. You can search subject fields and add search rows. Advanced Search is the default at the Muntz Library. Ebsco advanced search
