Sometimes you may not be able to connect because of firewalls or other configuration issues beyond your control. When that happens, go to the virtual desktop!
- Navigate to https://one.uttyler.edu
- Log in with your UT Tyler email and password (this will prompt a DUO push)
- If your Favorites page is empty, click on Apps to find Horizon Desktop
Note: This may look strange, because it's a browser window inside a browser window. You can make it full screen to lessen the canniness)
- Open a browser in the desktop and use the library like usual!
