Connecting from off-campus: Passwords

This guide tells you how to connect to the library resources from off campus and offers some troubleshooting tips if you run into problems.

Incorrect username or password

If you receive the error message "The username or password you entered was incorrect. Please try again." check to make sure you entered your login information correctly. 

If you have entered your credentials correctly, consider updating your password. Go to http://help.uttyler.edu and select one of the password reset options at the right of the page.

If you are still unable to login, contact the library reference desk (contact information to the right) for assistance during library hours.

After hours, email itsupport@uttyler.edu.  Include "Library" in the subject line and a description of the problem in the body of the email.
