Unfortunately, the UT Tyler Library does not have either microfilm nor subscriptions to databases that cover 17th century newspapers. Microfilm is sometimes available via interlibrary loan if specific dates are requested. Otherwise it will require a trip to a major university library such as the University of Texas at Austin or Texas A&M University.
